Customer Agreement

By using any service of the website www.megasport.ge, you agree to our terms of service.

This customer agreement may be modified in accordance with legislative and/or company policy changes. LLC “Megasport” is authorized to make such changes unilaterally, without the consent of the customer.

Any changes made will be immediately reflected on www.megasport.ge. All of the conditions listed below regulate the rules and terms of your use of the website and our services.

Our Services

www.megasport.ge is an online store that allows you to remotely purchase products presented on the website and receive corresponding services.

Please note that the products displayed on www.megasport.ge are also available simultaneously in the physical stores of LLC “Megasport.” Therefore, the product selected and placed in your shopping cart is not protected from the risk that another registered customer on the website and/or a customer visiting a physical store may purchase it before you complete the purchase transaction. If another customer purchases the product in your cart before or simultaneously with you, but you still complete the purchase on the website, “Megasport” will refund the paid amount to the account from which the payment was made.

If the information about a product displayed on the website is incorrect due to a technical or system error (for example: incorrectly specified price, product, color, or other details), the company has the right to refuse the order. This right remains valid even if the payment has already been completed. In the event the company refuses the order, the paid amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made. If an incorrectly specified product visual, color, or size is detected on the website due to a technical problem, you will have the option to exchange the product for another item of the same value or receive a refund of the paid amount.

Filling in mandatory fields during website registration is required.

The purpose of processing personal data is to receive and process orders placed by users on www.megasport.ge, deliver ordered products to customers using courier services and/or process returns, as well as payments and refunds (including partial refunds).

When and How to Purchase Item(s) on www.megasport.ge?

Products can be purchased from the website any day and time of the week, including holidays (please review the delivery timeframe information in detail).

To purchase product(s) from www.megasport.ge, you must provide the requested personal information and address. It is necessary the information to be accurate.

Delivery Terms and Timeframes

Products purchased on www.megasport.ge can be transported throughout the territory of Georgia to any address specified by the customer.

The following services are available:

• Standard Delivery within Tbilisi – Delivery within Tbilisi takes 1–3 business days. Please note, the weekends and official holidays are non-working days for the courier company. Delivery costs 4.95 GEL for purchases under 500 GEL. Standard delivery is free for purchases over 500 GEL.

• Express Delivery in Tbilisi – Express delivery service is available only within Tbilisi. Orders placed before 18:00 will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 will be delivered the next day. The cost of express delivery is 14.95 GEL.

• Standard Delivery to Regions – Delivery outside Tbilisi takes 5–6 business days. Please note, the weekends and official holidays are non-working days for the courier company. Delivery costs 9.95 GEL for purchases under 500 GEL, while delivery is free for purchases over 500 GEL.

Payment Processing

Payments on the website can be made using Visa, Mastercard, and Amex cards issued by any bank. Additionally, you may use installment payment methods from Bank of Georgia and TBC Bank. Purchases can also be made using online installment plans provided by Bank of Georgia and TBC Bank.

Exchange and Return Policy for the Items Purchased Online

• Products purchased on www.megasport.ge may be exchanged and/or returned within 14 days from the date of receipt (the first day is considered the day following delivery).

• Products can only be exchanged at “Megasport” branches (physical stores) within 14 days for another item of the same value or for a different size and color.

• Online purchased products may only be exchanged if the product retains its saleable condition, is in perfect condition, includes an undamaged original box, and the factory label attached to it is not damaged/removed/lost. Presenting the proof of payment is mandatory.

• Due to hygiene standards, swimsuits, underwear, socks, and thermal wear cannot be exchanged and/or returned unless the sold item is defective.

• When returning a product purchased with a credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card/account used for payment within 2 to 10 business days. The refund will only be processed if, after inspection at the branch, the item is confirmed to be in saleable condition (undamaged packaging, factory label, unused product).
